It's Menu Plan Monday, hosted by I'm an Organizing Junkie. Ian and I spent Sunday working on homework in studio so I haven't finished planning the week yet... We've got lots of random stuff so we're going to assess and try to finish some of that up, like that sack of potatoes...
Monday: cheeseburger pasta
Tuesday: fast food (Perspectives + Ian's school work this week = bad cooking day)
Wednesday: something with waffles...
Thursday: mashed potatoes and ?
Friday: homemade macaroni and cheese
Saturday: roast beef sandwiches
Sunday: leftovers/family dinner
