I'd been wanting to buy mint for a while. Particularly chocolate mint. I searched high and low, and finally decided to settle for peppermint and orange mint from Trader Joe's at $2.99 a pop. Then we ran into the Copley farmers' market which, of course, had lots of chocolate mint plants for just $3. And then there were three.
Ian insisted that, if we're going to keep all of the mint plants, we have to use it. A lot. So I keep my eyes peeled for new ways to use mint, which I gladly share with you! Stay tuned for recipes and ideas featuring our mint jungle!
